Kleiner Stellplatz für ein Tinyhouse

Hallo, wir sind Otto und Vega. Wir pachten eine Parzelle von ungefähr 250 m² und wohnen hier in unserem Tiny House. Wir würden unser Grundstück gerne mit einer anderen Person oder Familie teilen und bieten dafür den hinteren Teil als Stellplatz für ein Tiny House (o. Ä.) an. In diesem Teil des Grundstücks ist eine Bodenplatte von ungefähr 8 × 2,5 m eingelassen, ideal, um einen Wagen darauf zu platzieren. Die Parzelle ist Teil einer Community mit anderen Tiny-House-Bewohnern. Die Community ist sehr aktiv und freundlich.

Das Grundstück liegt am Teltowkanal, umgeben von Wald, nur 7–10 Minuten zu Fuß von der nächsten Bushaltestelle und ca. 10 Minuten mit dem Rad vom Bahnhof Griebnitzsee entfernt. Die Anbindung an Berlin und Potsdam ist schnell und einfach, während sich die Wohngegend herrlich ländlich, ruhig und idyllisch anfühlt. Zur Parzelle gehört zudem ein kleines Gemeinschaftshaus mit Wassertoilette und Dusche.

Auf dem zu vermietenden Grundstück steht bisher noch ein kleiner Bauwagen (auf den Bildern zu sehen). Dieser steht zum Verkauf und kann zu einem Tiny House umgebaut werden. Bei Bedarf wird er aber weggestellt, um Platz für euer eigenes Tiny House zu schaffen. Ein Stromanschluss ist vorhanden und ein Wasseranschluss kann unkompliziert verlegt werden. Die mit Plane abgedeckten Holzstapel, die auf den Bildern zu sehen sind, wurden bereits entfernt, das Grundstück kann also frei oder mit Bauwagen übernommen werden.

Wir würden uns über jede und jeden freuen, der oder die mit uns hier wohnen möchte. Wir sprechen Deutsch, Englisch und Dänisch und haben einen kleinen Hund, der sehr freundlich, aber verspielt ist. Kommt bei Interesse gerne vorbei, um euch einen persönlichen Eindruck zu verschaffen!
Die Monatliche Miete ist 300Euro plus Nebenkosten welche aus Strom und der Beteiligung an den Kosten für die Leerung des Abwassertanks bestehen, ungefähr 70 Euro alle 2 bis 3 Monate. Das Grundstück bietet Platz für allerhand Projekte oder einen kleinen Garten. Ein Auto kann auf dem gemeinschaftsparkplatz geparkt werden.

Hello, we are Otto and Vega. We lease a plot of about 250 m² and live here in our tiny house. We would love to share our property with another person or family and are offering the rear section as a pitch for a tiny house (or similar). In this part of the property, a ground slab of approximately 8 × 2.5 m is embedded, ideal for placing a wagon or trailer on it. The plot is part of a community with other tiny house residents. The community is very active and friendly.

The property is located near the Teltow Canal, surrounded by forest, only a 7–10 minute walk from the nearest bus stop and about 10 minutes by bike from the Griebnitzsee train station. Connections to Berlin and Potsdam are fast and easy, while the residential area feels wonderfully rural, quiet, and idyllic. The plot also includes a small community house with a flush toilet and shower.

On the plot to be rented, there is currently still a small construction trailer (as seen in the pictures). This is for sale and can be converted into a tiny house. If needed, it will of course be moved away to make room for your own tiny house. An electricity connection is available, and a water connection can be installed easily if required. The tarp-covered wood piles seen in the pictures have already been removed, so the property can be taken over either cleared or with the trailer.

We would be happy to welcome anyone who would like to live here with us. We speak German, English, and Danish and have a small dog who is very friendly, but playful. If you are interested, feel free to drop by to get an impression in person! The monthly rent is 300 euros plus utilities, which consist of electricity and a share of the costs for emptying the wastewater tank, roughly 70 euros every 2 to 3 months. The property offers space for all kinds of projects or a small garden. A car can be parked in the shared parking lot.
